Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • If you do not have the original packing slip anymore you need to include a piece of paper with their full name and address.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will put them through a quality check to make sure all bottles are sealed and in good condition and process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@andinanaturals.shop with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
